Salary: $75,000.00 to $75,000.00

Company profile
Our client is in need of a Director of Marketing to roll out their business to consumer marketing initiatives. This company has had much success in their business to business segment and now are moving into business to the consumer. This is a new position. This position reports to the President and you will be part of the management team.

Requirements
 
Academic: Bachelor's degree in marketing required
# years of experience: Minimum 10 years in matrketing a consumer product
Language: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Transferable contacts: N/A
Transferable knowledge: Knowledge of a go to market strategy for consumer goods
Travel (time): 2 to 3 days overnight travel per month required
Other: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment *Ability to make decisions *Self-motivated *Excellent execution skills *Strong business acumen *Has the ability to determine an ROI on a per project basis

Other 1: Supporting new business development process through defining and managing consumer research and market insights *Create and implement strategies to bring our products to market
Other 2: Develop a robust lifecycle and portfolio management strategies to drive customer engagement *Develop a reporting process to be able to measure the success of your marketing efforts
Other 3: Ensure correct market resource is allocated to the business and relevant workload *Determine which media (television, radio etc) is pertinent for our business
Other 4: Provide direction to marketing staff in order for a quick and smooth execution Participate in quarterly management meetings
