Our client is a leading mechanical contracting firm specializing in industrial and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and services. They are seeking an experienced sales reprsentative to join their progressive and dynamic team. Salary will be higher and negotiable for representatives coming from the industry

Training: *3 month structured in-house training *1 week training in US
 
Requirements
 
Academic: *Post-Secondary studies or preferably University studies
# years of experience: *5 years selling similar services
Language: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Transferable contacts: *N/A
Transferable knowledge: *Knowledge of HVAC industry *Knowledge of SPIN SELLING methods
Travel (time): *Travel required for training purposes
Other: *Good knowledge of the sales process *Comfortable with heights (You wil need to access company roof tops) *Have a thirst for knowledge *Excellent negotiation, priority and time management skills *Be a team player

Other 1: * Apply company policies and procedures * Plan your sales program in accordance with the company's sales targets * Identify sales opportunities to get new clients
Other 2: *Cold calling *Qualify your clients in order to determined their buying potential *Promote our services, define client needs and propose appropriate solutions
Other 3: * Report on client equipment. You will sometimes need to access customer roof tops to do so. * Prepare and submit proposals to clients * Follow up on all client requests as per company policy
Other 4: * Establish lasting business relations with clientele * Offer support to the other members in your team * Communicate with existing clientele for renewal of maintenance contracts when needed * Identify, qualify and bid on building projects
