Company profile
Our client is an international leader in software solutions at the enterprise level. They have recently implemented a new SAAS division targeting SMB's across the globe and need someone to lead and grow the team and department. Applicants must have a proven track record in SAAS sales as well as experience and interest in selling within an inside sales role. This is a player/coach role as you will be selling and managing.This is a highly entrepreneurial environment where you will roll up your sleaves and help get things done.

Requirements
 
Academic: *Post secondary studies preferred
# years of experience: * 3 to 5 years SAAS sales experience * Inside Sales Experience
Language: Strong spoken and written English Skills, French an asset
Transferable contacts: *Contacts within the Insurance, Banking, and Government industries would be an asset
Transferable knowledge: * Experience in defining and executing SAAS sales
Travel (time): * Little travel required
Other: * Can do attitude * Ability to work with little pre-set structure * Leadership skills * Proven track record in SAAS sales * Ability to lead an Inside Sales team.

Development vs maintenance (%): 100% vs. 0%
Road vs Office: 10% vs. 90%
Other 1: * Increase SAAS revenue from new and existing accounts across all channels and target markets * Define and implement a SAAS sales process including metrics to track progress towards revenue goals.
Other 2: * Build a sales pipeline and track sales forecast to ensure acheivement of revenue goals
Other 3: * Build, lead, mentor and coach the Inside Sales Team * Monitor and lead all sales activities, and assume full responsibility to drive all opportunities and close deals.
Other 4: * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify SAAS opportunities, markets, and product needs.
