Account manager/Trainer-High end beauty products

Territory: Qc, Saguenay, Rimouski, Trois-Rivieres, Sherbrooke
Work place: Ville de Québec
 
Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00
Monthly commissions + bonus: $0.00
Quarterly commissions + bonus: $0.00
Annual commissions + bonus: $10,000.00
Car allowance: km allocation
Public relations expenses: Expenses reimbursed as per company policy
Other benefits: Insurance benefit package paid 50% by the employer. Two (2) weeks of vacation Company closed between Christmas and New Year.

Our client provides high end beauty products to beauty schools, spas and aestheticians. If you are a very good communicator, experienced in sales and aesthetics, you have a car and live in the Quebec city area, we are invinting you to apply online for this position.

Requirements
 
Academic: Formal education and training as an aesthetician is required.
# years of experience: *Aesthetician with 4 to 6 years of experience in training is a plus * Experience in providing training in Spas or beauty institutes is a plus
Language: Bilingualism would be a plus
Transferable contacts: N/A
Transferable knowledge: * Knowledge in high end beauty product is a plus. * Knowledge in the Microsoft software suite.
Travel (time): 25% overnight travelling
Other: *Customer service oriented * Must posess charisma and interpersonnal skills. * Autonomous, motivated and team player. * The candidate has to be well organised and able to work under minimal supervision.
 
Function
 
Development vs maintenance (%): 25% VS 75%
Road vs Office: 90% vs 10%
Other 1: *Develop new accounts and build new business relationships *Manage customer relationships and regularly stay in contact with customers *Present the product line of the company to each customer
Other 2: *Participate in optimising the marketing tools (merchandising, promotions etc...) with every customer *Problem solving with customers *Following up on accounts payable
Other 3: *Train customers on new products *Plan, organise and insure all training needs *Motivate customers to use and promote the company's products
Other 4: *Ensure regional training *Ensure school training *Participate in developping and increasing training tools
