Territory: Montreal
Work place: Bureau à domicile/Home Office
 
Salary: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00
Monthly commissions + bonus: $3,000.00
Quarterly commissions + bonus: $0.00
Annual commissions + bonus: $0.00
Car allowance: Car allowance 500$/month
Public relations expenses: Gas card provided
Other benefits: Laptop, cellular and home office equipment provided. Insurance provided : Dental at 80% coverage, Medical at 100%. There is a significant multiplier for those who perform over 100%.

Requirements
 
Academic: The candidate must have a Electrical training at a College level and/or Instrumentation Technology Diploma or equivalent experience.
# years of experience: The candidate must have a solid sales background in supporting customers and meeting customer requirements. The candidate must have 5 to 10 years of experience within the Instrumentation and Control fields with a successful proven track record.
Language: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Transferable contacts: Knowledge of the industry and the Montreal market place
Transferable knowledge: Instrumentation,HVAC knowledge would be nice, mechanical aptitude Solid knowledge of products, systems, and measurement methods Solid knowledge of process applications and related equipment
Travel (time): Approximately 10% overnight travel

Road vs Office: 80% - 20%
Other 1: *Respond to customers needs and requirements in a business like manner. *Develop and maintain business relationships with customers in a business like and ethical manner. *Keep records of all transactions and customer communications.
Other 2: *Work with all departments to ensure the Company business objectives are met.
Other 3: *Provide support to others in the company when required for the assigned products
