Our client is an international leader in enterprise software sales solutions. They have promoted from within and are now looking for an Inside Business Development Representative to join their team. The representative will be initiating the complex sales cycle and will be entirely responsible for the development and qualification of potential leads. Applicants must have a proven track record in enterprise software sales and experience selling into the Banking and Insurance industries

Requirements
 
Academic: * Post secondary studies required
# years of experience: * 3 to 5 years experience in enterpise software sales * 2 years plus of experience selling into the banking and insurance industries
Language: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Transferable contacts: * C level within Banking and Insurance industries
Transferable knowledge: * Knowledge on how to proceed with lengthy sales cycles (over a year)
Travel (time): * No travel required
Other: * Must be self-sufficient * Demonstrate excellent probing skills * Experienced in complex software sales

Other 1: * Contact target accounts, identify and qualify potential business opportunities within Banking and Insurance industries * Gain clear understanding of customers' business and needs including assessing, gathering and documenting information on customer business problems.
Other 2: * Clearly map the customer organizational structure and power base * Be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
Other 3: * Document daily sales activities in sales force automation tool, prepare reports, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenu
