Company profile
Our client specializes in finding research and development tax credits and telecom expense management solutions for companies. The role of General Manager is to manage the Montreal operations which includes spending 50% of your time managing sales. You will also be responsible for managing consultants, operations and administrative staff; 12 in total. You will also be responsible for feeding lists to call to their call centre. This position is available because the current General Manager has been promoted.

Requirements
Academic:
Bachelor's degree in business preferred
# years of experience:
5 years relevant experience needed
Language:
Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Transferable contacts:
Knowledge of the scientific community can be an asset *Knowledge of the telecom industry can be an asset
Transferable knowledge:
Knowledge of the tax credit industry is a plus
Travel (time):
Less than 20% overnight travel required
Other:
Strong sales background needed *Experience with full P&L required *Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team is a must
