Our client is a producer of energy and gas to small, medium and large commercial enterprises and light industrial customers. This is a new position in Quebec and ideally the person chosen should come with an energy related or similar business.

Requirements
Academic:
A degree from an accredited university with a strong academic performance; an advanced degree is a plus
# years of experience:
A minimum of 5 years experience is needed
Language:
Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)

Transferable knowledge:
Experience in an energy-related or similar business that has undergone deregulation that create a dynamic entrepreneurial environment *Sales management experience a definite asset *A person from a corporation recognized for sales excellence and sustainable growth

High energy, engaging and a dynamic communicator with the presence necessary to inspire confidence at all levels *Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills *Ability to work as an effective team player in a fast paced sales environment

Implement a comprehensive, best in class sales process with established goals and activity targets and continuously track and monitor sales funnels activity and the achievement of budget sales goals and objectives through Goldmine (CRM) *Perform client and market research to support the creation of sales strategies specific to client *Understand our services and service line offerings and applicability to client account

Identify and communicate retail industry trends, client needs and link to our capabilities and marketing programs *Create targeted relationships building opportunities with key senior executives *Develop strong working relationships

Develop & foster all head office relationships *Develop targeted account level marketing and events plan for key relationships *Identify and develop appropriate tools to optimize market coverage
