Company profile
This dynamic company is rapidly expanding and is in search of an account executive capable of selling exclusively to the United States. Our client's clients include Fortune 500 companies. Your role is to qualify, develop and sell those leads that come in, represent the client at trade shows and build and develop the reseller channel; all from their Montreal office. We are looking for someone dynamic who will make the sale, has good follow skills to ensure implementation is smooth and has excellent writing skills in English.
Training:
*Regular and ongoing product training-weekly product and features briefing with technical and marketing staff *Regular input and feedback from product development to ensure that customer needs are met
Requirements
Academic: *Minimum college degree (DEC) or equivalent experience
# years of experience: *4+ years in B2B sales experience
Language: *Excellent written and spoken skills in English required
Transferable contacts: N/A
Transferable knowledge: *Knowledge of telecommunications and/or IT industry would be an asset
Travel (time): *10% of the time to 6 or 7 trade shows annually
Other: *Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the high tech industry (telecommunications, software solutions) would be an asset *Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships across all levels of an enterprise organization, including IT decision makers and management *Demonstrated ability to assist with the development and execution of sales plans *Accomplished presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences in one-on-one or to large groups settings *Display of honesty, integrity and ethical conduct at all times * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Other 1: *Develop pre-qualified leads provided by marketing, web signs up, direct calls, and trade shows *Manage reseller channels and partners
Other 2: *Promote solutions through conventions, trade shows, and public relations *Analyze customer needs and objectives
Other 3: *Prepare and present sales proposals (RFP and RFI responses, webinars, presentations) *Negotiate business terms (pricing, payment terms)
Other 4: *Provide feedback to the management and technical team for product/business improvements *Maintain all leads in the CRM tool
