Company profile
Our client a national insurance company and is in need of a bilingual trainer to take care of the province of Quebec. You will be responsible for all 'new hire training' and follow up training. Knowledge of personal insurance is a must.

Requirements
Academic: *College Degree *Certificate/enrolment in a certificate in Training or Adult Education would be an asset *Completion/enrolment in an accredited financial planning program leading to the CFP designation, or equivalent, an asset.
# years of experience: *Minimum 5 years of field experience in a consultant, management or training capacity.
Language: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) - You will be required to give courses in both languages.
Transferable contacts: N/A
Transferable knowledge: *Proven proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications. *Demonstrated knowledge in financial planning concepts.
Travel (time): *Very little overnight travel required

Other 1: * Assumes a lead role in the implementation and delivery of the company Consultant Training & Field Development Program. * Assumes a lead role in the implementation and delivery of the insurance training support platform.
Other 2: *Works with the local management team to strategically position Company corporate training programs and services. *Monitors local market and competitive career development programs.
Other 3: *Delivers specific training sessions within the platform, focusing on Business Discipline, Business Planning, Investment Planning and Communication skills training. *Provides feedback, program analysis and evaluation of course content and training delivery systems to Head Office.
Other 4: *Delivers train the trainer sessions to field management and specialists. *Participates in the development and validation of new training programs.
