Our client is a global player in the financial services world. They provide services in institutional investors are in need of a Marketing Director. This position reports into the Chief Operating Officer.An integral element of the marketing strategy will be the ongoing development of the firm’s web platform and in particular to identify opportunities to extend and develop products online, and ways to grow the business using online marketing.This is a new position for our client.
Training:

Requirements
Academic: *Minimum College Degree
# years of experience: *5 years experience in B2B marketing (digital included) preferably within a subscription environment.
Language: *Strong English skills-written and spoken required as the audience is across North America and the world

Transferable knowledge: *Experience in Search Engine Optimization and Paid Search strategies. *Excellent knowledge of digital marketing techniques email, search, lead generation, viral etc *Excellent campaign analysis and tracking skills *Good understanding of ROI tracking and calculation *Good database skills and knowledge of targeting prospects *A good understanding of subscription marketing models and forecasting *Knowledge of CRM systems

Other 1: *Establish a marketing department within the company and centralize, monitor and maximize the firm’s overall marketing spend *Work with key stakeholders to develop an overall marketing strategy for the company *Establish and implement ongoing marketing plans with measurable objectives to drive sales of products through lead generation efforts for the sales team.
Other 2: *Develop and deliver an overarching eCRM strategy (testing, frequency, creative optimization, client journey). *Development of a mobile / device marketing plan.
Other 3: *Planning out the development of a client portal for accessing multiple products and services via a single sign-on. *Creation of an online advertising strategy *Work closely with the sales team to support and enhance the product sales cycle.
Other 4: *Develop, execute and monitor lead generation efforts. *Developing measurement and performance monitoring activity across all marketing channels.
