1- Analyzing your needs An understanding of your vision, your mission and your long-term goals combined with a thorough analysis of the needs, culture and structure of your business is essential. Ideally, we like to meet with the key persons in your organization that will most likely have to be involved before starting the process. This meeting enables us to better identify your overall needs.
2- The search For us, each mandate is unique. With our computerized inventory of candidates, we are able to conduct a quick and effective search based on the criteria discussed during our meeting. If your needs are specific to your industry and if you would like to retain the services of a person with transferable knowledge and contacts, we offer a “headhunter” service. In other words, we will work together to find potential candidates who are presently working for your direct or indirect competitors.
3- Evaluation of candidates Our firm has solid expertise in recruiting sales and marketing professionals. We can therefore quickly target the top candidates in their respective fields. We evaluate their skills with behavioural simulations and are able to provide you with a detailed assessment of each candidate.
4- References We verify references at your request at no additional cost. Two job references are verified for each candidate hired.
5- Our guarantee We offer a service guarantee to replace the first candidate recruited if he or she is not suitable. The duration of the guarantee depends on each client, and we adapt it with you according to your needs.
6- Interviews All resumes obtained in our search are studied, and a preliminary list of candidates with the requisite qualifications and experience is prepared. We present to you the candidates that we consider most likely to meet the requirements of the position to be filled and best able to take on the challenges of the job. We can then coordinate with you, at your convenience, interviews with the chosen candidates. Ideally, the interview process is initiated on neutral ground. This allows for greater confidentiality, which is why we place conference rooms at your disposal free of charge.
