Company Profile:

Our client is a well known courier company. They are looking for an inside sales professional who will proactively call into their account base on a regular basis.

Functions:

Maintain ongoing contact with the key customer decision-makers along with company internal contacts throughout the various departments and divisions.
Using a furnished list of contacts and following an established sales script, contact existing customers to solicit additional sales of company products and services.
Provide post-sales support to customer base through e-mail, voice and written communication
Assesses and analyze each customer's shipping needs - offer company options, e.g. conversion to automated shipping.
Use existing programs to define potential future business prospects by analyzing and offering company alternatives to existing customer shipping providers
Increase revenue in the assigned customer base/territory.
Decrease the customer churn in the assigned customer base/territory

Job Requirements:

Academic *Minimum high school leaving
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 2 years selling experience, selling a value-based service
  Candidate should have a strong customer loyalty focus
Candidate should have the ability to build and maintain a trusting customer relationship
Candidate should be self-motivated
Candidate should be able to execute details oriented tasks that are repetitive in nature.
