Company Profile:

Our client is a provider of IT/ Telecom products and services and is looking for someone who is equally adept at account management as they are in account development. You will have a named account list and be responsible for revenue growth.


Use innovative selling techniques and product knowledge, to grow business primarily within existing base of accounts using the full suite of telecom products and services.
Analyze and pursue opportunities for prospecting additional business within assigned territory.
Represent the company with a positive attitude and strong work ethic that will maintain a maximum retention rate and manage growth.
Develop account and relationship management strategies, in order to gain insider status and to protect the account from any competitive activity.
Act as a trusted advisor for accounts on the full suite of products and services provided by the company
Share your ideas by actively participating at regular sales meetings and fulfill required administrative duties to support your role.
Own and troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions by working with key internal contacts to maintain integrity of business.

Job Requirements:

Academic University Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5-7 years experience in IT and/or telecom industry, preferably managing major corporate accounts.
  Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong strategic planning skills
