Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer of playground equipment sold to school boards and municipalities in the US. Your role will be to sell though your dealer network and get involved at the school board level with RFPs. This role requires between 50-70% overnight travel to the US.

Functions:

Work with distributors to establish inventory plans and technical support structure/capabilities -Manage all aspects of account profiles, including performance history, channel pipeline and win rate
Cultivate & maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers and dealers -Manage the coverage of assigned geographic territory in an organized & effective manner
Prepare and deliver customer presentations, pricing and promotional proposals, and other business endeavors -Participate in identification, qualification and closing of end customers with and without distributors' reps.
Participate in the different trade shows and exhibitions. -Ensures their dealers are fully capable of selling and representing products to their customers .

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree is a MUST.
Languages Excellent spoken and written English required
Experience Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar position. - Experience in selling value-added product.
  Ability to build a strong network of key contacts within each account. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong self-motivation. - Team spirit. - Respect and integrity.
