Our client manufactures, imports, packages and supplies electrical products to Canadian distributors. Due to their expansion and growth, they are adding this position in Quebec. We are looking for to call on electrical contractors, distributors and OEM's. This is an opportunity to build your team after hitting pre-established goals. Functions:

Establish a pull through strategy with electrical contractors
Visit distributors and train and coach their sales people
Achieve and surpass established sales goals
Source new business via prospection
Build relationships and network to achieve increased sales from established accounts
Establish relationships with electrical contractors and OEM’s to pull business through our distributor customers

Job Requirements:

Academic Degree or Technical College Diploma preferred *Formal Sales Training is an asset especially CPSA
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5 years B2B selling experience required
  Comfortable in the board room AND in a direct selling environment
Ability to work in a team environment with limited supervision
Ability to motivate and direct our sales agent in Quebec for maximum results
Strong communication skills both written and oral
