Company Profile:

Our client is a distributor of loading dock equipment. They sell and install their products across Quebec.

Functions:

The service representative will be in charge of a territory located on the North Shore .
He/she will be responsible for prospecting and selling our service offerring to customers and prospects.
They will be selling service plans and the competence of our service technicians.
Analysis of the customer installations and repairs and the proposition of improvements and the sale of after-market products.
Responsible for identifying potential clients' needs by being rigorous about following through with the sales cycle.
Develops the existing customer base by proposing new solutions.
As a sales professional, he/she will differentiate our service offerring by knowing the competition's service offerring and the specific customer application and proposing our value added service.
The rep is responsible for attaining sales goals while respecting the company's pricing and ethics policy.
The rep is responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting, the identification of customer needs, the preparation of the sales proposal, closing and the execution of the sales order including follow up.
The sales rep is repsonsible for the sharing of work methods and information in an effort to facilitate teamwork and collective sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

Academic * College degree with suitable experience. * University degree would be considered an asset.
Languages Bilingualism, both French and English (written and spoken).
Experience Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the technical products or services field.
  Must be a good listener in order to understand customer needs.
Must be enthusiastic and have an aptitude for listening,synthesizing customer demands and needs into a solution.
Stands out in a highly competitive field.
Is able to sell to all levels within the organization from service to the accounting department.
Enjoys challenges and has a keen sense of organization that helps organize and plan his /her territory.
An autonomous player who nonetheless understands team work and has the ability to work and share with others.
Customer service oriented.
