Profile: Our client is a distributor of tires sold to dealerships, garages, consumer fleets and light truck fleets. They are looking for a territory rep who is responsible for upselling, finding new business and taking care of the base of customers.
Territory: Laval, North shore, Laurentians including Lanaudiere
Work Place: Work from home with visits to office weekly on the island of Montreal
Salary: Base $45,000 to $60,000
Commissions/Bonus: $35,000 annually
Car allowance: $0.45/km
Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed
medical plan (shared cost 50%)

Provide exceptional customer service.
Develop new business to business sales and relationships.
Actively seek new accounts and represent the company to potential customers
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products and services to be the main contact for dealers, garages and fleets in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and annual budget/plan as assigned by your manager
Prepare weekly and monthly sales plans.
Meet established sales, unit and profit goals
Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%
Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%
Languages: Strong written and spoken French, English an asset
Education: College degree or equivalent experience
Training: On the job provided
Overnight Travel: Very little overnight required
Years’ of experience: At least 3 years' sales experience in a similar role
