Profile: Our client is a well known courier company. They are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. We are looking for an individual with a high level of integrity, confidence, maturity and stability with exceptional solution based selling skills. This opportunity is for the overachievers and the ambitious.

Territory:  Ottawa and surroundings

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services: Courrier Services

Salary: $45 000 to $50 000

Commissions/Bonus: 2,775.00 quaterly

Car allowance: N/A

Functions:

Aggressively pursues and achieves a minimum of 100% of assigned revenue quota (annually and quarterly) through sales of company solutions

  • Build strong partnerships with Small to Medium sized businesses based on end to end solutions
  • Generate sales by proactively prospecting for opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
  • Achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities and closed Business Solution based selling by assessing customers’ needs and aligning them to our products and services
  • Dealing with customers over the phone in both official languages English and French

Languages: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)

Education: Bachelors degree is a plus but not a must

Training: In house training program in place

Years’ of experience: 3 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales measurable (Targets/Quotas)

  • Must successfully go through criminal background check
  • Must have a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Must be a highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
