Our client, a publicly listed company, has been manufacturing quality and innovative fenestration and door products in North America for the last 50 years.

Functions:

? Formulate a solid and documented sales strategy resulting in sales forecasts and implementation plan. ? Build, implement and monitor sales metrics (ex: face to face calls per week, new business calls) ? Implement strategic selling in order to grow revenue from existing customers
? Increase the number a weekly sales calls by the entire sales force ? Help identify and evaluate new areas of opportunity for the organization
? Evaluate and, if needed, take corrective measures with non performers ? Introduce an aggressive culture of competition and achievement among Account Managers / Sales Representatives. ? Develop product knowledge both as an individual and among Account Managers / Sales Representatives.
? Keep track of production planning, inventory levels, quality control, technical aspects, and delivery delays pertaining to products managed. ? Undertake the necessary competitive, market and financial analysis to determine the viability of proposed new product offerings. ? Work with other departments, as required, in the development and implementation of new products or product rationalization if needed.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must have a university degree in marketing or any other related field.
Languages Bilingualism written and spoken is an asset (French and English).
Experience The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of sales & marketing experience with 5 of those in management.
  ?Strong leadership skills ?Work with limited guidelines from corporate office ?Computer literate. ?Excellent communication and organizational/analytical skills.
