Company Profile:

Our client is a well know computer hardware and software manufacturer. The channel account executive will be responsible for the channel partners (VARs, System integrators, resellers etc.). You will be evaluated on achievement to quota, strategies put in place and execution( quantatative and qualitative elements).

Functions:

Develops quarterly plan for the territory to maximize sales volume and market penetration of products.
Develops overall sales and reseller recruitment strategy and drive activities in the territory that will achieve and exceed targets.
Achieve quarterly sales quotas for existing and newly authorized resellers by developing and implementing account plans that leverage corporate resources and create sales opportunities for resellers.
Acts as “Prime” on the development of a quarterly activity plan for new and assigned resellers.
Joint forecasting with resellers and company supply planners to provide accurate quarterly territory forecasts.
Ensure that company resources are utilized to achieve the desired return on investment
Proactively communicate with internal stake-holders.
Collects feedback from resellers about technical, pricing and positioning with respect to company products.
Collects competitive and relevant 3rd party products information and communicates findings to Channel and Business Development sales teams.

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelor's degree required, MBA an asset
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 7+ years of experience needed
  Strong communication skills required
Ability to manager over 100 partners
Must have business acumen
