Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of high end industrial equipment. 80% of their products are customized. Clients include some of the largest aerospace companies. Our customer is looking for an insiude sales representative, with a good technical knowledgee in order to maintain and grow the existing customer base and to find new opportunities. The inside sales rep will also assist the reps on the road and customer's requests.

Territory: Canada

Work Place: Laval

Products/Services: High end industrial equipment

Salary: 45  000,00$ -   60 000,00$

Commissions/Bonus: $5000-$10 000 per year

Car allowance: N/A

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Getting involved in the order taking and answering to calls promptly

Support  external sales rep and further development of industrial customers in Canada and in the US

Take orders while increasing revenu

Prepare requests for pricing and provide technical information

Take the initiative to suggest other products or related products as required

Stay up to date with your technical knowledge within the different product lines

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 20% vs 80%

Road vs Office: 0% vs 100%

Languages: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)

Education: Technical background in mechanical or electrical controls system or pneumatic controls   

Training: Full trainning will be provided by the employer

Overnight Travel: N/A

Years’ of experience: 5 years sales experience in an industrial field

Other requirements:

Good interpersonal skills needed

Good track record in sales from the industry

Transferable contacts: N/A

Transferable Knowledge:

Knowledge of pneumatic systems knowledge of electrical control systems

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software products

Knowledge  of sandblasting room is an asset
