Job Description:

Profile: Our client is an international player in the field of Equipment Leasing Services. They are looking to fill a new position for sales people who will cover Montreal and surroundings. Your role will be to acquire new suppliers who will use their leasing services to sell to their clients. They provide leasing to companies selling technology equipment, telecom equipment and computer equipment. They serve the small and medium sized business area and work as a team ie sales and customer service by helping each other and pitching in where needed.

Territory: Montreal and surroundings

Work Place: South Shore

Products/Services:  Equipment Leasing Services

Salary: $ 48000-$49000

Commissions/Bonus: $10 800 - 16 800 (After 6 months)

Car allowance: $/KM

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 70% VS 30%

Road vs Office: 50% VS 50%

Languages: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)

Education: 2 years post secondary education required


1  month training will cover:
- software
- process
- financial evaluation
- admin processes

Overnight Travel: Very little overnight travel outside of initial training program

Years’ of experience: 3+ years experience in sales of a service

Other requirements:

Convey a positive image of the company (dress, speaking ...)

Know the general conditions of our contract

Have a customer service culture: responsiveness, customer satisfaction involvement

Transferable contacts: Ability to build relationships with partners over the long-term

Transferable Knowledge: Has successfully sold a service
