Company Profile:

Our client is Canada's leading network of independant auto body repair centers.

Functions:

Development and maintenance of existing franchisees volume of business via insurance companies. Development of long term business relationships with insurer. Representation of our company with the different insurance companies. Promote visibility of our company at different industry events (golf tournament, 5 à 7,...).
Negotiation of the different files. Preparation of sales reports (including statistics). Group presentation of products and services.
Visit your car repair franchisee (around 50 franchisee) at least all twice a year. Visit regularythe different insurance company and their Repesentatives.
Provide after sales service to our clients.
Home office, but you have to go at at the office couple times per week.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must have at least a College degree or any other relevant Sales training.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience on road, preferably selling into an existing base and maintaining excellent relationships. Experience in selling recurrent services is an asset.
  From time to time the company participates in off-hours activities within the insurance industry and the Sales Representative is expected to participate. Attention to detail Team spirit (Team sales objectives, non-individual) Creative Business logic This company is dynamic with little turnover. It is loooking for a rep who wants a career with them. You must not have moved around alot in your career.
