Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of construction materials (windows and doors).  You will be in charge of maintaining a base of customers  in the South Shore territory.  You will sell to architects, designers, contractors, renovation companies and sometimes to residential consumers.

Territory: South Shore

Work Place: Home office

Products/Services: Construction materials (Windows and doors)

Salary: $40 000 to $50 000

Commissions/Bonus: $11 500 (No cap on commissions)

Car allowance: Car provided

Expenses reimbursement: All business expenses reimbursed by the  employer and a gas card will be provided

Maintain an existing customer base in the South Shore territory(contractors, renovation companies, Architect and Designers, residential consumers...)

Identify business opportunities with architects, designers, contractors and residential

Develop strong relationships and influence customers and prospects

Utilize solution-based selling skills

Maintain a complete and concrete documentation  of prospects to revive them on a regular basis

Provide quotations

Taking on site measurements and evaluation

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 30% VS 70%

Road vs Office: 80% VS 20%

Languages: Written and spoken French and English

Education: A  Bachelor is an asset

Training: Full training on their products will be provided but the person has to be in the industry

Overnight Travel: N/A

Years of experience: At least 3 to 4 years in sales in the industry

Other requirements:
