Our client is in the cosmetics industry and is looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of direct as well as indirect sales people. You must have sales processes and training and have managed a team before. You are experienced in activity management, funnel management and have coached by riding along with your sales people. Your sales team is selling to both pharmacies and estheticians. It helps if you are passionate about the beauty industry.

Functions:

Help the sales representatives in obtaining their annual objectives
Analyze the different sales reports, produce forecasts and report back to upper management
Plan and manage sales meetings and follow ups
Supervise and manage both direct and indirect sales
Organize training sessions on existing products or new products - Analyze market trends and competition
Prepare and attend different tradeshows, exhibitions and fairs
Conducts annual evaluations with each team member
Ensure that company policies are respected
Establish a bonus program while respecting the budget

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree in administration or marketing or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience At least 3 years experience as a sales management
  Strong leadership skills with an ability to create a strong team spirit
At ease running sales meetings and making presentations
Able to resolve problems quickly and make informed decisions quickly
