Job Description:

Profile: Our client is looking for a Sales Director who will have as their mandate to help transform their call center. You will have responsibility for managing 3 managers across Canada who manage call center reps who take and make calls. The mandate of this Sales Director is to help customer service reps be more proactive and cross and up sell to their commercial clients.

Territory: Canada

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services: Call center services

Salary: Base $85,000-$90,000

Commissions/Bonus: 5% based on SMART goals

Car allowance: N/A

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 30% vs 70%

Road vs Office: 25% vs 75%

Languages: Bilingualism required (spoken and written)

Education: University degree or equivalent experience required

Training: Full training provided

Overnight Travel: 25% overnight travel required

Years’ of experience: 5 years sales management of a call center required
