Job Description:

Profile: Our client develops editing software used by high-level news publications, independent filmmakers and producers worldwide. We are looking for a sales coordinator/admin to work with the company founder to help organize and coordinate day to day tasks. All the company's correspondence is done in English and requires someone with excellent written and spoken English who understands software and technology.

Territory: Worldwide but mostly USA

Work Place: West Island

Products/Services: Editing software

  • Coordinating promotional items to be produced, checked and shipped to various locations ie Los Angeles
  • Proofreading and reviewing blog posts, Facebook/Twitter/Instagram
  • Work with collaborative tools such as Google docs, Google calendar etc
  • Work with purchase orders
  • Organizing trade show  booths and workshops at conferences
  • Reserving hotel rooms online, purchasing plane tickets
  • Create invoices
  • Work with basic Excel spreadsheet

Education: College degree or equivalent experience needed

Training: On the job training provided but must have a good understanding of the software/IT world
