Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a customer service provider who is experiencing a high volume  of growth. They are looking to hire a  Training Manger  who will be responsible for a team of trainers across Canada. You will be responsible  to build and implement the training  program for the organization.

Territory: Canada (50% overnight travel)

Work Place: North Shore of Montreal

Products/Services:  Call center services

Salary: $60k to $65k

Commissions/Bonus: N/A

Car allowance: N/A

Expenses reimbursement: All travel expenses reimbursed

Develop and implement national training and leadership programs

Direct a small team of trainers on-site and remotely
Train  the trainers in delivering content

Work with managers to understand learning needs in different departments to create appropriate solutions

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: N/A

Road vs Office: 60% VS 40%

Languages: Both French and English, written and spoken

Education: A bachelor's degree  is a strong asset

Training: On the job training provided but we are looking for someone with experience able to be up and running immediately

Overnight Travel: 50% to 60%

Years’ of experience: 5 year's experience in a similar role

Other requirements:

Proven   leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills; strong analytical skills;

A proven ability to be self-motivated and an effective team player;

Proven expertise in the areas of  training management

Transferable contacts: N/A

Transferable Knowledge: Knowledge of the call center environment
