Our client is a leading mechanical contracting firm specializing in the HVAC and Energy Management Sector. The firm provides quality products and innovative services and solutions to optimize energy and operational efficiencies of buildings spanning commercial, institutional and industrial building sectors. They offer a full range of building energy management solutions and employ some of the best technical experts in the sector. They are currently seeking a sales reprsentative with a proven track record in business development to sell HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Conditioning) service solutions and preventative maintenance agreements to building owners within the greater area of Montreal. This role requires a professional with excellent client relationship building skills who welcomes the challenge of developping new customers as well as maxamizing selling opportunities and driving customer retention. Extensive sales funnel management, sales approach and product training will be invested into the selected candidate. We are looking for a team player with strong work ethics interested in learning and applying our clients methods and policies

Functions:

Apply company policies and procedures
Plan your sales program in accordance with the company's sales targets
Identify sales opportunities to get new clients
Cold calling
Qualify your clients in order to determined their buying potential
Promote our services, define client needs and propose appropriate solutions
Report on client equipment. You will sometimes need to access customer roof tops to do so.
Prepare and submit proposals to clients
Follow up on all client requests as per company policy
Establish lasting business relations with clientele
Offer support to the other members in your team
Communicate with existing clientele for renewal of maintenance contracts when needed

Job Requirements:

Academic Post-Secondary studies or preferably University studies
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 years selling services
  Good knowledge of the sales process
Comfortable with heights (You wil need to access company roof tops)
Have a thirst for knowledge
Excellent negotiation, priority and time management skills
Must be a team player
Must be comfortable and willing to cold call
