Functions:

Plan, organize and direct sales program strategies that are consistent with the company objectives
Relationship building, prospecting, sales presentations, proposals and telemarketing to establish and maintain current and potential customers
Develop and implement a sound business plan to attain a position of market prominence within the defined region while meeting sales objectives
Forecast sales volume and profitability to assist procurement in inventory planning
Acquire, develop, upsell and crossell within named accounts
Works hand in hand with inside sales/Regional sales manager to provide all aspects of customer service and support in a specific area and is responsible for that market performance.

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree or equivalent work experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 2 to 5 years in telecommunications equipment sales
  "Can-do" attitude
Strategic selling approach
A highly motivated person who is self driven and resourceful
