Parts of Montreal, South Shore and up to Quebec

Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer of high end flooring products and is looking for someone to manage their retailers, sell to building contractors and bring on new business. You must be able to work in tandem with another rep who covers the other half of the territory.

Functions:

Support existing retailers by training the reps on the floor
Seek out new retailers within your territory
Provide training sessions when new products launched
Visit builders to introduce our product lines
Visit construction sites to get a feel for competitive environment
Call on prospective builders to get our products specified
Maintain great relationships with the sales people employed at retailers
Conduct training clinics with retailers
Make presentations to various groups
Build and maintain relationships with architects and designers who will specify our products
Be able to sell value and a higher priced product

Job Requirements:

Academic *College degree or equivallent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 2 to 5 years selling experience in a similar industry
  We are looking for an enthusiastic sales person who can build long term relationships and hunt for new business
Must be comfortable dealing with designers and being on a construction site
