They're on the lookout for a Regional Sales Representative to boost Canadian sales by developing the independent retail market with a clear focus on the province of Quebec. The hired representative will be visiting pre-qualified leads ensuring customer portfolio development through intense canvassing of the territory

Functions:

Develop the customer portfolio through an intensive canvassing on the field
Fully in charge of the customer management
Follow up on leads generated by marketing department
Identify new potential customers and sales opportunities
Initiate and implement direct marketing actions (mailing + phoning) in coordination with the marketing department
Promote our solutions at retailer tradeshows and special events
Stay current with local market trends and report on competition’s evolution
Report regularly to the Sales Director

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelors degree is essential
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5 to 10 years’ experience selling technology solutions to retailers
Must have experience selling on sales cycles ranging from 5 to 12 months
Must have experience selling to c-level / owners of large independent retail stores
  Determined / Result driven / Business oriented / Customer focused
Ability to manage deadlines / priorities
Familiar with latest technologies
Independent / autonomous
Methodical approach combined with creativity/ initiatives
