Company Profile:

Our client is a national distributor of beauty products. Their clients include salons, spas and schools. Due to a promotion our client is in need of someone who will manage 4 major accounts by taking care of their needs, upselling and maintaining the revenue.


Manage selected distributor and esthetic accounts in your territory.
Follow your territory’s call frequency report to determine the frequency of customer contact (calls, visits, and sales meetings); visit accounts regularly.
For each customer, establish a sales plan with objectives and forecasts to increase sales.
Annually, review these objectives with the Sales Manager in relation to your overall sales strategy and that of the company
Based on each customer’s call frequency needs, conduct periodic product knowledge and hands-on sessions for company products and technologies to sales representatives and store personnel.
Demonstrate products in stores, classrooms, or sales meetings.
Source out freelance educators to do demonstrations when necessary
Based on call frequency report, visit selected stores in your territory.
Assist in select dealers’ stores to ensure that products are properly stocked and merchandised on shelves.
Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

Academic *College degree in business preferred
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 to 4 years sales experience required
