Commissions/Bonus: $10 000 - $30 000 (uncapped)

Identifies leads, manages prospects and acquires new commercial and industrial business while respecting monthly quotas.
Follow ups with key decision makers to answer questions and close the deal.
Achieve sales quotas using techniques such as cold calls, door-to-door, presentations, etc.
Develop strong relationships with new customers to generate repeat business

Languages: Bilingualism, written and spoken (French and English)
Education: Bachelor's degree is an asset, the candidate must have a post secondary degree

Years’ of experience: Minimum of 3 years of business development in the field of real estate.
