Profile: Our client specializes in environmental evaluation especially in the field of new construction and sales / purchases of buildings. They are looking for a business development representative who will deal with customers in the field of construction, real estate, banking and with building owners. Salary: $40 000

Commissions/Bonus: $10 000 - $30 000 (uncapped)

Car allowance: $/KM or car provided

Expenses reimbursement: All expenses will be reimbursed by the employer

Identifies leads, manages prospects and acquires new commercial and industrial business while respecting monthly quotas.

Follow ups with key decision makers to answer questions and close the deal.

Achieve sales quotas using techniques such as cold calls, door-to-door, presentations, etc.

Develop strong relationships with new customers to generate repeat business

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 100% vs 0%

Road vs Office: 70% vs 30%

Languages: Bilingualism, written and spoken (French and English)

Education: Bachelor's degree is an asset, the candidate must have a post secondary degree

Training: Full training will be provided by the employer

Overnight Travel: N/A

Years’ of experience: Minimum of 3 years of business development in the field of real estate.

To be able to maintain strong relationships in the medium to long term
Proven track record in business development (B2B)

Transferable contacts: Contacts within the commercial real estate is a must

Transferable Knowledge: The candidate must have good knowledge of commercial real estate or a similar industry
