Job Description:

Profile:  Our customer is a company focused on providing businesses with high quality manufacturing and advanced mechanical engineering services. Our customer can take a project from product design to prototyping to full production and final assembly. They are looking to add a member to their team to grow their CNC machining division. This person would be responsible for increasing their revenues by generating their own leads and closing sales.

Territory: Quebec and a some Ontario

Work Place:Montreal

Products/Services: CNC machining automation

Salary: $40,000 to $55,000

Commissions/Bonus:$25,000 at 100% of quota

Car allowance:$0.50km

Expenses reimbursement:All business expenses will be reimbursed

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance:90% vs 10%

Road vs Office: 75% vs 25%

Languages:  Bilingual, both oral and written, in French and English

Education: College diploma or equivalent experience  

Training: On site and continuous training will be provided

Overnight Travel: some overnight travel from time to time  

Years’ of experience: 5 to 7 years experience in industrial B2B sales

Other requirements:  

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for travel mostly in Quebec as well as some possible travel in Ontario and neighboring US states.
  • Requires a valid passport for possible travel to the US

Transferable Knowledge:

  • Preferably experience in selling CNC machining services or exposure to the industry
  • Technically trained and some experience in machining would be preferred
  • Self-starter while able to work within a team
