Our client is a multi-national manufacturing company  who is looking  to fill a customer service representative position  . We are looking for a perfectly bilingual person, with a  minimum of   2 years experience in a similar position. This person will be responsible for  order processing,  following ups on deliveries, keeping each customer's transactions up-to-date and much more. This person will have career  advancement opportunities over the long term as several positions within the sale department will be have to be filled in the next few years.

Products/Services:  Pulp and paper

Salary: $35 000 to $45 000

Commissions/Bonus:$1000 to $2250

Respond to customer inquiries

Receive and  place sales orders

Address and resolve customer needs in  a timely manner

Collaborate with the various departments to ensure the highest level of customer service

Follow up on  deliveries

Keep an up-to-date record of each transaction as well as any adjustments to customer records

Education: Post-secondary diploma
