Job Description:

Profile: Our client offers heavy transportation services and is looking for an  Inside Sales  Representative to join  their team.  This role consists of developing and increasing the sales force.  We are looking for someone who is autonomous, responsible and motivated. You will be responsible for all requests in regards to customer needs as well as promoting the company's services.

Territory: Quebec and Ontario

Work Place: South Shore

Functions:

Functions:

Assist in the direction of sales in all activities and projects

Answer all client requests

Research for certain projects and opportunities

Produce reports and statistics

Retain existing customer base

Propose  business solutions in regards to transportation

Responsible for requests in regards to the billing and operations  and follow ups

Ensure the satisfaction of existing customers as well as offering excellent follow ups regarding  any client's  request

Job Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 10% VS 90%

Road vs Office:  0% VS 100%

Languages: Both written and spoken French and English

Education: Post-secondary diploma

Training: Full training provided by the employer

Overnight Travel: N/A

Years of experience: 2 years experience as inside sales  representative in the transport industry

Other requirements:

Creative

Is able to work  with a minimum of supervision

Organized, disciplined, demonstrates ethics at work

Excellent customer service skills

Transferable contacts: N/A

Transferable Knowledge:

Knowledge of transportation industry is an asset

Knowledge of Microsoft Office  suite
