Job Description:


Our client is a manufacturer of construction materials. Their goods are sold in "big box" stores across Canada and the US.   They seek a customer service rep who will take and make calls and emails to satisfy their clients.

Commissions/Bonus: profit sharing

  • Taking and managing orders from Canada, United States and some overseas
  • Work in collaboration with the external sales team
  • Insure thorough  follow ups of the orders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Provide a technical support to the customers (phone and on line/WEB)
  • Provide support to external sales reps
  • Maintain a contact with the distribution services department, external sales, logistic department and the pricing department  
  • Insure that all procedures and optimal processes  of the company concerning operating costs are respected

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 100% maintenance

Road vs Office: internal job

Languages:French and English

Education:College diploma or Cegep

Training:provided in house

Overnight Travel:no travelling  

Years’ of experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer service
