Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of consumer goods (high value)  in Quebec city looking to hire a customer service supervisor to manage a small team and also takes calls. You will manage people who are technical in nature as well as agents who manage retailers. They manage calls coming from across Canada and the United States.

Territory: Canada & US

Work Place: Quebec city

Products/Services: Consumer goods

Salary: $45,000-$55,000

Commissions/Bonus: + 10% bonus

  • Develop tools to help colleagues achieve their goals
  • Support your team members by giving advice and taking calls during peak periods
  • Ensure that tasks are well distributed between team members
  • Follow up more complex files and see to it that they come to completion
  • Respond to client inquiries  such as delivery date, price, availability both by phone and email
  • Participate in process improvement projects
