Profile: Our client is a recruitment firm looking to hire a new business development rep who will work on bringing in new business. This opportunity is for someone who has a proven track record in b2b sales and is looking to build a career.
Products/Services: Recruitment services
Salary: 40,000.00$ - 60,000.00$
Commissions and bonus: $3,750 per month
 
Expenses Reimbursement: Expenses reimbursed as per company policy
All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Education: A completed university degree or equivalent experience needed

Number of years sales experience: 2 years or more of successful (B2B) business development/account management experience within the staffing industry

Functions:
Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth for specific territories.
 
 Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects, focusing primarily on higher margin retail prospects and new business opportunities within active and inactive accounts.
 
Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure profitable new business. This may include sales calls, networking, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and client meetings.
Work closely with the team to strategize and build pipelines of quality.
 
 Develop an understanding of all services and offerings, be able to identify opportunities with prospective clients.
 
Build and maintain strong client relationships with customer base.
 
 Leverage existing client relationships to expand service offerings in named accounts.

 Create strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close a wide range of consulting projects. Align the solutions with both, prospect business goals and technical requirements.

Meet regularly with Managing Director to review/coordinate sales efforts and build a territory business plan.
