Job Description:

Profile: Everyone is outsourcing and our client has been selling outsourced printing and copying services for years. Less and less companies have copiers and would rather use an outside firm for all of their copying needs. This is where you come in. Your job is to find and secure those prospects. Clients typically sign multi-year deals and you will be paid on business from that company as long as they stay a client. You will also sell full outsourced services where we run and manage a company's copying, scanning and document management process from A to Z. The successful sales person is polished, can build and keep relationships and is strong in hunting and developing accounts.

Territory: Greater Montreal

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services: Document management, copying and scanning services

Salary: Base $40,000-$50,000

Commissions/Bonus: 1st year $30,000, no cap on commissions

Car allowance: $450/month

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Other Benefits: Medical and dental plan paid 50% by company



  • Identify, develop and close business within our different services
  • Create and update pipeline on a regular basis
  • Work with operations to ensure timelines are met
  • Keep a good mix of short and long term opportunities in your pipeline at all times
  • Implicate upper management on a regular basis for larger opportunities
  • Meet and exceed quotas
  • Maintain regular contact with your customer base
  • Present our services to clients

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%

Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%

Languages: French and English

Education: College degree or equivalent experience

Training: On-the-job training provided

Overnight Travel: No overnight required

Years’ of experience: 3+ years of successful b2b

Other requirements: Polished and sharp looking, professional

communication skills

Transferable contacts: You have sold business services to professionals

Transferable Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the printing or scanning industry is an asset
  • Consultative sales experience
