Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a leader in the legal software industry and looking for a sales rep who will sell to Fortune 500 companies' legal department. Our software is both on-premise and in the cloud. You will be responsible for selling new business, responding to RFPs and renewing and up selling existing accounts. The successful sales rep will be well organized as they will have to book their trips, demos and meetings. You need to be an energetic team player. Our client needs someone with software sales experience.

Territory: Western Canada (Toronto to BC)

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services: Legal software

Salary: $50,000 to $65,000

Commissions/Bonus: $45,000 (paid quarterly), over achievement bonus also available

Car allowance: N/A

  • Prospect and developing new clients
  • Performing demos of the product
  • Respond to and write RFPs
  • Work with inside sales rep who work in the territory
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Maintain a healthy funnel as per company standards
  • Attend industry events
  • Input information into CRM on a regular basis

Languages: Excellent written and spoken English needed. French an asset

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Training: On the job training provided

Overnight Travel: 25% overnight travel

Years’ of experience: 5+ years of software sales needed
