Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer of power sports vehicles and is looking for someone to take care of South Western Quebec and the dealers. Your role will be to sell and promote our products, train the dealers' sales people, develop the territory and have the dealer principals say WOW to our sales and support. You need to be both passionate about our products and a savvy sales and business person

Functions:

Responsible for the management and leadership of an assigned sales territory -Development and implementation of a district action plan and dealer network development
Focused sales calls. Sales bookings, training and development of dealership staff -Grow existing business and prospect for new business
Perform cold calls in an effort to develop new dealers -Set up regularly scheduled visits with your dealers and dealer principals
Train and coach sales staff -Prepare and submit weekly reports. Participate in team sales meetings

Job Requirements:

Academic BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience A minimum of 5 years in a similar position required
  You are highly organized -You have strong business acumen and can communicate at the executive, entrepreneurial and ground level -You are extremely client and customer service oriented with exceptional sales ability
