Job Description:

Our client is in the commercial industrial waste services business and is looking to fill a new position for a sales representative. We are looking to fill the Montreal-East territory.  This outside sales position means that you are managing your funnel, activities, appointments, cold calls and proposals. You will be signing multi-year contracts with your clients.

The successful candidate will have to do a credit/background check and medical.

Functions:

 Function:

Identifies leads, manages prospects and acquires new, profitable commercial and industrial business over an established monthly revenue amount.
 
Prepares and email sales presentations and follows up with key decision makers to answer questions and close the sale.
 
Develops and maintains an awareness of market behaviour and competitive trends and responds accordingly.
 
Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to existing customers.
 
Tracks information regarding all prospective customers on required format.
 
Regularly meets with Sales Manager for a review of weekly sales activities and prospective customers.
 
Completes all required Customer Service Agreements
 
Use the company's CRM diligently

Languages:Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)

Education: Cegep or equivalent experience required

Training:

3 weeks intensive sales process training and products

On the road training with experienced representatives

Overnight travel required: No overnight travel required

Number of years sales experience:  2 to 5 years in industrial sales

Other requirements:

Mastering Word, Excel and information systems software

Possess good negotiation skills  

Demonstrate success in marketing services to clients, including negotiating with several makers  

Transferable knowledge:

Mastering Word, Excel and information systems software

Demonstrate his ability to identify and solve complex problems and find effective solutions.
