Company Profile:

Our client is a long-standing manufacturer and distributor of paint applicators.

Functions:

Help build the brand across Canada.
Identifying sales opportunities and executing them yourself.
Eventually, build a sales team to execute as growth progresses.
Work hand in hand with the company Vice President to determine strategy.
Revenue growth from new accounts.
Revenue growth from existing accounts.
Develop relationships with key customers and decision makers.
Education of client base as to our product offering.
Perform market analysis.
Identify strategies for penetration into major accounts and execute.
Sales forecasting.
Develop sales presentations.
Negotiations at the head office and store level.

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree minimum but a Bachelor's degree would be an asset.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken).
Experience Minimum of 10 years sales experience.
Prior experience in selling to hardware retailers.
Prior selling experience within paint applicators, paint brushes and paint accessories industry would be an asset.
Demonstrated success in a prior position.
  Strong closing skills.
Strong negotiations skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong networking abilities.
