Job Description:

Profile: We are looking for a sharp, well-connected business development professional who can match a client's business needs with our solutions. You will sell CRM solutions as well as the professional services that go along with them. You can have those business conversations that lead to the uncovering of needs. Each solution is tailor-made for each client so deep and developed listening skills is required. You will sell sales cycles that typically last between 6 and 12 months. You are adept at funnel management and engaging company resources at the right time. You will work closely with VP sales.

Territory: Vertical markets

Work Place: Montreal (this is not a work from home position)

Products/Services: CRM and professional services

Salary: $70,000-$90,000

Commissions/Bonus: 80% of base

Car allowance: km reimbursement

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

  • Initiate contacts in assigned territories
  • Develop and close sales in CRM solutions and professional services  
  • Determine customer needs  
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle with company partners
  • Develop sales strategies for each account
  • Update company CRM with opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle
  • Participate actively in prospection on a daily basis
  • Maintain communication with customers
  • Develop a need knowledge and understanding of CRM

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%

Road vs Office: 60% vs 40%

Languages: French and English ( bilingualism)

Education: College degree or equivalent experience needed

Training: On the job training provided but we are looking for industry experience.

Overnight Travel: Very little overnight travel required

Years’ of experience: At least 3 to 7 years related sales experience required

  • A proven track record is needed
  • Excellent written skills required

  • Knowledge or certification on CRM
  • Experience in complex sales
  • Experience selling to 'C' suite
