Company Profile:

Our client has developed a software that is used globally by pharmaceutical companies to ensure accuracy of their products. They are looking for a Sales Manager to manage worldwide distributors, outside sales people and inside sales people.You will be responsible for all development of sales activities and will report to the President.

Functions:

Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Provide monthly sales reports to the President.
Establish quotas and commission structure for Account Executives
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
Insures that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills.
Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree or equivalent work experience needed
Languages Strong written and spoken English needed
Experience 5 to 7 years sales management experience needed
  You are creative and full of ideas
You have the ability to build strong relationships
You have experience with long sales cycles
You have experience with global selling and sales teams
