Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a wholesaler of clothing to major retailers both in Canada and the US. Because of expanding and growing sales, we seek to hire a Sales Manager who will manage a sales team located in both Canada and the US. The role is to put programs in place to manage and track clients and sales. The team members are experienced and the Sales Manager we seek needs to bring value to their lives. The ideal candidate has sold to many of the same major retailers and has managed a sales team. Please submit your resume in English.

Salary: Base $80,000-$100,000

Commissions/Bonus: $90,000 annually

Car allowance: Km reimbursement

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French and English

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Training: On the job training provided

Overnight Travel: Less than 15% overnight travel required

Years’ of experience: At least 5+ years of sales management and from the clothing industry

Other requirements: Has experience selling to retailers in Canada and US

Transferable contacts: N/A

Transferable Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the apparel industry
  • Deep knowledge of establishing and managing sales programs
