Job Description:

Profile: Our client provides services and products to medical professionals and is looking for a senior account manager who has experience selling to pharmaceutical and health care accounts. Your role will be to maintain, cross sell and upsell and hunt for new business. You are adept in planning for your renewals, networking with industry individuals and associations who want to market to health professionals. The ideal candidate comes from the pharma/healthcare industry in a sales role.

Salary: $65,000-$90,000

Commissions/Bonus: $48,000 at 100% of objectives. Over achievement $$ available

Car allowance: $0.50/km reimbursed

  • Seek new opportunities to grow revenue within existing base of customers
  • Identify contracts to be renewed and drive those activities
  • Identify new prospects  
  • Identify and meet with key opinion leaders and manage those relationships
  • Report program success ROI with your clients
  • Track and submit activities via company CRM
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting methods

Languages: French and English

Education: Bachelor's degree in science or business but willing to look at industry experience in the absence of a degree

Training: Full and complete training program

Overnight Travel: 2-3 days overnight travel per month

Years’ of experience: 5+ years of health care industry experience required
